The Vermont Medical Society has partnered with the New England Quality Innovation Network-Quality Improvement Organization (QIN-QIO) to provide Vermont’s physicians with access to knowledge and tools that improve the experience, care and health outcomes for Medicare beneficiaries.
New England QIN-QIO assists primary care and specialty physician practices with optimizing their systems to increase rates of preventive services, improve clinical outcomes related to diabetes and cardiac disease and prepare for value-based payment.
